The immediate-past member of the Abia State House of Assembly who represented Bende North Constituency, Chukwu Chijioke , has taken a swipe at Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and the ex-minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Uchechukwu Ogah , over the lingering leadership crisis ravaging the Abia chapter of the All Progressives Congress .
Chijioke, in a statement directed at Kalu on Tuesday, accused him and Ogah of destroying the party in the build-up to the just concluded 2023 elections in Abia State. He said in the statement, 'As one of the party leaders in the state and as a major stakeholder, I am surprised that it took the intervention of NEC of the party as stated in the video for you to know who the state party chairman is, which has never been in doubt but you chose to destroy the party during the 2023 elections.
