Did he commit the fresh charges while still incarcerated in Kaduna Prison for almost 6 years? How come they are bringing a fresh charges now that he’s been discharged and acquitted of all charges?
When shall this man and his family be allowed to have their peace? Even those we claim to be infidels accomodate and forgive. If it is Allah the merciful and benevolent we actually pray and fast to, where then is the fruit of his love and mercy in us
This is persecution in the classical meaning of this term. It is an abuse of power. The Kaduna state govt has constituted itself into a proxy for the cold war between Saudi Arabia and Iran. El-Zakzaky is being treated thus because he is Shiite and not part of the mainstream.
