Bimodal Voter Accreditation System machines in Katsina and Delta states. Mahmood Yakubu, INEC chairman, spoke on Saturday while briefing journalists at the collation centre, Abuja on the ongoing general election.

He said the challenges include problems of logistics and insecurity.
