The Supreme Court in Abuja has reserved ruling on the Imo State governorship matter until 3:00pm today. He thereafter asked the court to set aside the January 14, 2020 ruling removing him as governor of Imo and uphold an earlier verdict of the Court of Appeal declaring as winner of the election.

To my greatest disappointment, I've realised that courts are not interested in truth but in technicalities. It doesn't matter to a judge if there're no elections. As long as they're signed by existing or non-existing presiding officers, according to them, the rules were followed.
Maybe the election judgement price auction is still ongoing, once the highest bidder emerges then the Supreme court of Nigeria will announce its final decision on the Imo election. This is my own take or conspiracy theory on the constant postponement now till 3pm today.
