POLITICS NIGERIA learned that the attacks occurred simultaneously on Wednesday night, around 9 PM, in the two villages of Tse Valem Yaweh and Tse Ngojov in Mbagum.
The names of those murdered were given as: Ander John, Morgan Varem, Vihior Mtomga, Saaior Uyoosu, Peter Asondo, and Aondoyima Tarbo. The injured include: Igbaule Valem, Mrs Terngu Tyavkase Usue, and Chiater Tarbo.Special Adviser to Governor Samuel Ortom on Security, Lt. Col. Paul Hemba confirmed the incident to newsmen in Makurdi on Thursday.
