The Nigerian Senate is jobless and ignorant of the constitution. If the constitution recognises School Certificates, which Act of parliament can invalidate the constitution without first amending it? These parliamentarians should be screened to test their knowledge.

The emphasis on paper qualification for basically every human endeavour is what makes people to forge certificates to join the bandwagon. Qualification for political office must also includes creativity, employment generation, wealth creation, national integration etc.
