A witness told reporters that the building was under construction when the incident occurred at about 5:45pm when bricklayers and other artisans in the site were rounding off for the day.As at the time of filing this report, nobody was confirmed dead as efforts were ongoing to rescue the victims from the wreckage.As at 8:00pm when reporters visited the scene of the collapsed building, rescue operations were ongoing with men of the state Fire Service leading the exercise.
