JUST IN: Court fixes date to hear Atiku’s corruption charges via politicsngr

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Justice James Kolawole Omotosho also directed that all court processes be served on Atiku by dropping them at his campaign office or pasting them on its premises.

Keyamo had on January 16 issued a 72-hour ultimatum to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission , the Conduct of Conduct Bureau , and the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related Offences Commission to arrest the opposition presidential flag-bearer. He hinged both his petition and suit on the allegations made by Michael Achimugu, who claimed to be a former aide to the PDP candidate.
