The tribunal ruled on each of the five arguments by the PDP and Mr Abubakar, and dismissed all of them.In the appeal, Mr Abubakar and his party are asking the Supreme Court to set aside the judgement of the tribunal.In the appeal seen by PREMIUM TIMES on Tuesday, Mr Abubakar and the PDP said the tribunal hesitated to hold that Mr Buhari’s “exhibits R1 to R26, P85, and P86 were properly admitted in evidence”.

“My firm view is that Section 76 of the Electoral Act is clearly inapplicable to the issues under consideration,” the suit read. They also said that Mr Buhari of the ruling APC gave false information of a fundamental nature to the Independent National Electoral Commission to aid his qualification.

I spent time going through the grounds of appeal filed by Atiku and PDP. It is even more worthless and useless than the main case the tribunal dismissed. I don't expect the Supreme Court to waste time in striking that nonsense out the door.
