Senate President Ahmad Lawan, on Wednesday, swore in Agbom Jarigbe as Senator representing Cross River North Senatorial District in the National Assembly.

The oath of office was administered by the Clerk of the Senate, Dauda Ibrahim El-Ladan, at the resumption of plenary.Jarigbe replaces Stephen Odey, who was sacked by the Court of Appeal in Calabar in July.
