I had the best childhood anyone would desire and could think of. It was a childhood of mixed experiences; one of comfort from a moderately wealthy father and one of strict parental upbringing. There was nothing like liberty and the latitude to do what I see youths of today do. It was a regimented childhood, with lots of control on time. My desires, actions, and outdoor life were strictly regulated.
