Pintim who tendered his resignation through the Secretary to the State Government , Anthony Jellason on the 31st of January, copies of which were made available to newsmen in Jalingo, said his decision became necessary following the manner in which the government was being handled.
Pintim in the statement disclosed how he has been receiving salaries without working, claiming it was against his faith.Describing Ishaku’s government as “a government that is moving in circles without any progress” the former SA claimed it would not be ideal for him to remain in such circles.“I was paid salaries without any responsibility which is against my faith particularly in a government and party that had lost focus”.
