Useless northern youths....like he's been fighting them alone...what happens to the ones he keeps releasing?

Useless people! Negotiate with criminals? Some people are mentally sick. I never and will never negotiate with criminals. Instead of calling for their total annihilation but here they are calling for negotiations. Does negotiations in Katsina and Zamfara solved that issue?
