Insecurity: Farmers pay levies to kidnappers, bandits – NACCIMA

The spate of kidnapping and banditry activities have risen to the disturbing level where farmers now pay levies before they can access their farms, the President of the Niger state Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture , Malam Abdulkadir Baba Hassan has said.
