He said the latest victim of the terror is Hamida Sagir, a retired Director of Protocol at the Federal Capital Development Authority FCDA and a former governorship aspirant in Zamfara State.He said Rijana has become a popular spot where terrorist attacks are committed on a daily and routine basis.
