An Ondo State High Court has struck out the suit filed by the state government and governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu over the compilation of the record of appeal.
Justice D.I. Kolawole stuck out the case after the claimants applied to withdraw the suit, claiming that events had overtaken the suit.Lawyers to Akeredolu: declare your health status within 14 days Adegboruwa further urged the court to direct parties to maintain the status quo in order to preserve the subject matter of the suit pending before the court but the application was opposed by Femi Emodamori, Counsel to the House of Assembly.
