Imo: Omo-Agege, Gbajabiamila speaks on Senator Uzodinma’s victory

Describing the development as a victory for democracy, Omo-Agege said his victory had affirmed that the Judiciary remained the last hope of the common man.In a congratulatory message he personally signed, Senator Omo-Agege who doubles as South-South APC Leader said, ”I join millions of Nigerians in congratulating you on your well-deserved electoral victory at the Supreme Court.is a clear indication that no matter how long it takes, light will always prevail over darkness.

“By reclaiming Imo State, I am optimistic that our party, the APC, will clinch more states not only in the South East geopolitical zone but also in the South-South in the 2023 governorship elections”. Also, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, on his Twitter page wote, ”Congratulations to Sen. Hope Uzodinma on his victory at the Supreme Court which declared him winner of the March 9, 2019, Imo State governorship election.

”Your steadfastness in seeking justice by following the due democratic process all the way to the Supreme Court has paid off. ”Let me also congratulate our party faithfuls and urge them to remain steadfast in flying high the @OfficialAPCNg flag.”sacked Emeka IhediohaIt ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to withdraw the certificate of return from former Governor, Emeka Ihedioha and issue same to Uzodinma.
