The action of the family of the late politician is in response to the advice offered by the presiding judge of the Kwara State High Court, Abiodun Adebara, at the last sitting.
In a letter dated 20th January, 2020 by Asa Investment Limited’s counsel, AbdulAzeez Ibrahim to the Kwara State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Salman Jawondo, Saraki family sought an amicable resolution of the matter.
