The Inspector General Of Police Usman Alkali Baba has ordered Plateau Commissioner of Police, CP Bartholomew N. Onyeka to immediately seal all the 17 Local Government Secretariats in the State.   He said the order was necessitated by tension arising from leadership crisis across the councils, which may constitute threat to lives and property.    Plateau Command, in a statement by the spokesman, DSP. Alfred Alabo warned that it will not take it lightly with anyone who tries to disrupt this process or causes any confusion around the Secretariats.    The Nation has there was confusion in several LGAs as embattled chairmen and transition chairmen clashed over control.
