Dyepkazah ShibayanNasir Yusuf Gawuna, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Kano, has congratulated Abba Kabir Yusuf, his opponent, and governor-elect of the state.

Though the APC had asked the electoral commission to review the election, the governor-elect received his certificate of return from INEC on Wednesday. “I am congratulating him and I pray for him for Allah’s guidance in his administration,” the APC candidate said.
