Former Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has spoken about the chest pain he suffered last season.

The Poland international suffered chest pain during Juventus’s quarter-final match against Sporting CP in the UEFA Europa League last season. The Juventus shot-stopper had complained of chest pain and heart palpitations in the first half of the game.The goalkeeper told Canal+ Polonia that he thought he was going to die.“After passing a ball to the defender, I felt like my heart was about to explode.
