Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari said he did not know the majority of persons that were ministers during his first tenure in 2015.
President Buhari, who did not announce members of his cabinet until six months after he was sworn in, said he had no prior knowledge of his minister’s abilities and capabilities. “I had to accept their names and recommendation from the party. I worked with them for three and a half years,” Buhari said.to announce names of ministerial appointees in his second term.
“But, this time around I’m going to be quite me; me in the sense that I will pick people I personally know,” Buhari said.
That is absolutely nothing but completely high level of incompetence. How can a so called commander in chief be making such a comment at this jet, this is an indication that the present government has nothing I repeat to offer Nigerians. God please deliver us from this mess.

Buhari has variously been either a Garrison commander, a Minister, a military Head of State, a Project Director (PTF), a grassroot politician (APP, APC etc), and President the last four years, and yet unable to pick 40 or so as ministers! I think he needs IFA ORACLE DIVINATION!

In a country of about 200million people it is impossible to know everyone. You must not necessarily know someone before you work with him. Set your standards, rules etc and ensure compliance. Simple.
