Enweremadu confirmed the attack in a statement by his Media Assistant, Uche Anichukwu in Abuja.There were initial speculations on the veracity of the video where the senator was attacked with eggs by the irate IPOB members.
He condemned the attack and said he had immediately reported it to the Nigerian Ambassador to Germany, Mr Yusuf Tuggar.
