About four gunmen reportedly invaded the Ogwashi-Uku Chief Magistrates’ Court in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State and made away with court documents, after beating up a security guard to a pulp.

The Guardian learnt that the hoodlums, who allegedly stole an disclosed sum of money from the court, proceeded to burn the offices of the Library Board, Delta State Ministry of Youths and Sports Development and the Ministry of Women Affairs, as well as the Community and Social Development office close to the court.

The sources, who spoke to journalists at the court premises, said the miscreants carried out the devilish acts after overpowering the security guards at the building.
