Unknown gunmen have killed the Vice Chairman, Timber Sellers Association of Borno State, one Aga City, in Maiduguri, the state capital.
City was said to have been killed on Thursday night while trying to drive off after receiving the noodles he bought for his family. City Round learnt that the father of six was shot at a close range by the gunmen who came in their numbers.A friend of the deceased, Simon Templer, said the assailants did not steal his car or any of his belongings after killing him.
“Aga left his shop and was going home around Shagari Low-cost when he stopped at a shop where he used to buy noodles before heading home. He parked his car and went to get the noodles. “Unknown to him, the gunmen had closed in on him waiting for him to come. He got the noodles, walked to his car and was able driving off when the killers shot him and took off.
