As part of its plan to celebrate the 80th birthday of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, a group, Reach4Christ, has launched the LightUp 40 Correctional Facilities outreach in a bid to win souls and to commit the youth to soul-winning.

Speaking at the unveiling event, the President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Bishop Francis Wale-Oke, said the project resonated with God’s will as soul-winning is the heartbeat of God.
