A peace advocacy group, Movement for Sustainable Development of the Niger Delta has sued the Interim Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio , Minister of Justice and the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami and 17 others. Included as defendants are 15 companies involved in the supply of equipment to the Presidential Amnesty training centre.
