A Civil Society Organisation and pro-democracy group on the platform of Lawyers in Active Democracy has condemned the removal of the Kogi state Chief Judge Hon Justice Nasir Ajana from office.
Alleging another instance of the States Governor’s intolerance of democratic institutions , the separation of power and the checks and balances guaranteed by the constitution the Group also called on President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressive Congress to immediately call the State Governor, Yahaya Bello who they accused of being behind the travails of the Chief Judge to order.
