In Nigeria we have failed to properly regulate raw food vendors. The way food is handled in our everyday market is scary and something needs to be done to protect the health of all Nigerians. We must regulate handling & delivery of all raw foods just as we regulate packaged foods

Setting up a system of periodic inspections within your cabinet and following up will be more effective instead of the occasional warnings

Quit WARNING, instead render HYGIENIC alternatives. And teach them better, no he everytime, warn! warn! They are better approaches please 🙏🏾
