The Chirman, Lagos/Ogun branch of the West African College of Nursing, Mrs Esther Olowookere, has called for a united effort from the government and individuals to help flatten COVID-19 curve.

Olowookere said this during the presentation of Personal Protective Equipment, Sanitisers and facemasks to the Lagos State Government and the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba.

“The fight against COVID-19 requires a collective effort of everyone. I mean on the part of the government and the citizens. The government should release more funds for research on how to get a cure to put a stop to the spread of the virus.
