Governor Badaru of Jigawa State has expressed satisfaction over the high turnout of voters in the state.

The Governor stated this shortly after he cast his vote at his polling Unit Babura Central Primary School 001. He also noted, that, there are reports on some technical problem developed by BVAS at some polling units which has already been addressed, with the exercise going on smoothly. Governor Badaru who expressed confidence in APC’s victory in the election also called on the people of the state to maintain peace and order as they exercise their civic responsibility of choosing their leaders.

Reports from across the state revealed that the exercise is going on peacefully as there was no report of violence at the time of this report.
