Global Maritime Security Conference Holds In Abuja

The event is a high-level Maritime Security Conference hosted by Nigeria with the aim to facilitate a clearer understanding of the challenges of maritime security in the Gulf of Guinea region.

The conference is developed to tailor solutions as well as coordinate efforts at strengthening regional and international collaborations to extinguish maritime threats in the region. In attendance at the event is the DG NIMASA Dakuku Peterside, Minister of State for Transportation, Gbemisola Saraki, among other government officials.
