Four persons have been feared killed and many others injured in the ongoing crisis in Ikare Akoko over the Olokoja chieftaincy dispute.
Sources in the community said several houses and vehicles have been destroyed while shootings continued as at press time. Olukare is listed as a First Class monarch while the Owa Ale is listed as Class C monarch in the State Government directory.A newspaper vendor, who gave his name as Fatai, said sporadic shootings were still going on in the central parts of the town.
Owa Ale and Olukare fracas may never end. I am in my mid 30 nd I have been aware of this higihaga since I was a child.
I don't know how the Nigerian psychic became this bad,and is always eager to engage in killings for a mundane thing. May Allah the Almighty come to our rescue. Honestly the problems of Nigeria are Nigerians.
