Last Friday, I noted how England played football matches against Italy as well as Hungary and black players in the English team were racially abused. To me, the barrage of racist abuses which followed the loss to Italy justified my earlier response to how the British PM had condemned sanctions placed on an English cricketer who made racist comments . If England had won that match what transpired would have remained hidden from view.
On June 2, 2021, I stated some reasons I thought Johnson was wrong to have spoken in favour of a racist person. I will add a few more reasons here because of some tribe-focused Nigerians who justify hatred for fellow Nigerians. If these Nigerians believe they have any reason to hate members of any tribe , the implication is that English fans who racially abused black players after the England-Italy match have good reasons too.
