Coalition of South East Youths leaders, COSEYL, on Monday blamed the cause of food scarcity on open grazing and banditry in the country.

The President General of COSEYL, Goodluck Ibem, disclosed this to newsmen in Owerri, while commenting on the level of hunger in the country.

“The architects of this wicked schemes should also know that when the eyes is crying, the nose also joins the eyes to cry. Their families and loves ones will not be affected by their evil schemes.
