learnt that two people died at Ogba, Lagos when a Toyota Camry with number plate AAA191AR crashed into a building around 12am.
The other three were crushed by a truck marked LSD461XD around 5pm at Agboju, along Badagry Expressway. It was gathered that the Ogba accident occurred at Maternity area on College Road, near Monday evening’s accident scene, which involved a truck that killed a nursing mother and injured another.A witness said besides the driver, three passengers were in the car at the time of the accident.The driver and the passenger who occupied the front seat reportedly died. The other two at the back seat were said to have sustained injuries and were taken to hospital.
It was not immediately clear what might have caused the accident, but unconfirmed reports said the occupants might have been returning from a club.Two persons were said to have died on the spot. The third died in hospital.Police spokesman Bala Elkana, a Deputy Superintendent , confirmed the accidents.
