The Niger Delta Peace Front , which dropped the hint, alleged that a hard-fighting clique of silent billionaires, were recruiting unsuspecting ex-militants to return to the old order where only a few plundered the commonwealth.
The duo wondered how those who benefitted TSL in the first phase of the contract would be the ones championing subversion against the firm.
