Ngige, while receiving Mary Leornard, US ambassador to Nigeria, said the school feeding programme was part of the government efforts to tackle child labour and return children to school. “We have also taken more schools into the areas prone to child labour and made education free in the whole country through the Universal Basic Education and the Child Rights Acts.“For the people with disability, we introduced Disability Peoples Commission, to give them full and comprehensive aid.

“Just last week, we got information of another $4 million for anti-child labour activities in Nigeria.

Does it mean FG now runs an NGO too?

Feeding them withEwa, Agbado, Cassava🙄🙄

How can our government quote money in DOLLARS when NAIRA is our legal tender? We're they ashamed or afraid of saying BILLIONS OF NAIRA? ASHAMED OR AFRAID.

Imagine the junk they are feeding to these kids🤮

Ewoo

Clueless government! Create jobs & more jobs so their parents will earn a living and feed their children. That way, when they leave school/graduate they have a job to support their own family. How long will you clueless government continue to feed them (if at all you are)!

Where and when are they feeding these children? Which kind life be this na,

I'm still looking for the Nigerian Kid in this balanced diet photoshoot 😂

I wonder why you guys to school to feed them and then conduct a photoshoot to that effect. Rubbish cruise. OT wey don cast since tey tey. *Hisses

The feeding show for their body, their skin dey glow, their teeth white and their shoe shine! Una well done.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I just came to laugh and pass🤨🤨🤨

Is it for garri or Eba

Another well organized crime

Actually school children were feed but it comes with over invoices from the government, then I call it organised crime by those handling the scheme.

Ole

i no sure say this na naija pic sef... na wa oooooo

Zooooooo🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Someone is scared of converting it to naira equivalent....

🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂

Misplaced priority

We are watching and waiting for a day you will give account. During lockdown they claimed they were still feeding school children who were at home with their parents. They must return all embezzled funds.

Its finished oh

FabReke Please federal government list the names of the schools for clarity

ahh ahh Oga SenNgige well done sir! $100m not in naira for 10m pupils? Heaven is real.

Does minister and her cohorts eats this kind of concoction in their homes? Bread with rice. Na God go punish all of una in this country.

Lol 😂😂

Waoh... Even during covid-19

Abeg which school be this

A government that focus its attention on using huge financial resources to feed school children rather than investing in the actual education speaks a lot as to the fact that not all of those funds end up in the stomach of those children. This is what APC is focused on.

This headline is as disjointed as the fraudulent characters behind the news

I am not in anyway connected to the program but as an independent observer saw how State Govts bought in2 the idea&was the successes therefrom whilst others sabotaged it becse of Politics. Let's put the success on FG&the follies of it on State Govts that politicized it. Kudos PMB

Thieves

You know the way we Nigerians behave... I can tell you incontrovertibly that I've witnessed this scheme&how successful it has been.. We just criticize without verifying. I've seen how schl enrollment increased, how teachers enthusiasm got boosted&how the vendors fed kids happily..

🙄Thunder. U have work to do!!!!!

Vendors got empowered that their hithert snack sales of 'Awara','Pancake','kosai' got serious boost with stipends Govt pays.. Vendors got weekly supply of meat, eggs& biscuits that the schl teachers partook in the consumption of the meals. Every1 was happy..Parents,kids&teachers!

Feeding school children whose parents are jobless. Why use to money to improve the lives of the parents so they can afford to give the children lunch boxes filled with home made food? This is not sustainable and should have never been implemented

Me..myself can corroborate this happening. I Know how impactful schl feeding program has done in many states. 1.3m out of schl children in Bauchi got greatly reduced with this initiative I know of kids who after eating meals package the rest to take home. Kudos to the initiators

O fo lee se! Awon eleribu

Zoo thieves

Wonderful. I hope the head of these overfed schoolchildren would stand in commendation of your actions in alqiama.

See lies

Lori Iro

Nigeria is fantastically corrupt, the country needs division

Those poor people supporting Apc don’t worry una poverty will remain permanent

Attimes, it is safer not reading reports from the Government

They’re feeding the kids but definitely buy $100m is highly inflated. If the feeding doesn’t take place, the cooks are held responsible but these monies are disbursed. There’s a primary school in my area and they come feed dem everyday. I once took these pictures

🙄

Looters

How is that possible egbami

Feeding with stories. And pocketing the money to enrich themselves.

$100m to feed children dry bread and beans, nice one buhari I think buhari's intention is to bury Nigeria. He somehow failed at it in 1984, so he was determined to get to the presidency to get it done Otherwise, how does anyone justify the corruption under buhari? 🤔

They have said it, now show me a mean to hold them accountable. I'll wait.

I cant say they are lying but they are obviously not telling the TRUTH. I am even questioning they spent a hundred million naira on that project. $100M might have been budgeted but IT WAS NEVER SPENT.

This govt will go down in history of Nigeria as the most corrupt and by the grace of God, the last regime of corruption in Nigeria.

Tell us the names of the schools, let us do our findings

God forgive you guys 🥺

Buhari government is most corrupt regime in the history of Nigeria

May God forgive una.

This is madness! Only a dumb poor government will do this.

Lie of the millennia
