Nigeria has become a Banana Republic under this lifeless president MBuhari.

Nobody is above the law

We wait to see whether Mr DANLADI UMAR, the Chairman of the CCT, will overrule the Court of Appeal. The lawyers of the uncompromisingly incorruptible CJN, should just go to the CCT, and shame the shockingly shameless AGF, who has allowed Buhari to rubbish his career of many yrs

Reaffirmed and restated the unambiguous position of the Law, which is that, 'A serving Judge can not be tried for any offence, unless, and until, the NJC, has investigated the case, indicted the Judge, and recommended him or her for sack and prosecution. The Law is the Law.

Buhari has no power under any law to remove a serving judge or justice. Equally instructive, is the well documented fact and law, that, 'No Court has the Jurisdiction to try a serving Judge. In the case of Justice NGANJIWA V FRN, The Court of Appeal, in it's judgement,

A month before election, this smacks of a sinister plan!

Evil government

And you all said the time for dictatorship is over

He who comes to Equity...Must come with Clean Hands....

Hope de International nd Local Communities plus dollarised CSO,s ar watchin and keepin mute as events twads Nigeria,s election unfoldin

This close to elections. And who is to replace him as Chief Justice of Nigeria?

That’s how we dismantle institutions for very flimsy reasons. Someone does not want this CJN sitting over the type of election they plan to conduct. I pity this nation.

We are coming closer to winning /actualizing Biafra, and this government is the one that will make it happen. Let them continue.

What a timing. These moves are becoming so desperate.

FG are truly loosers with no job! What a shameful country!

APC didn't believe in transparency so anyone who is transparency will not be in they government better let the man leave the office for them

He who lives in glass houses does not throw stones. PMB is surrounded by corrupt people yet he has repeatedly failed to do anything about it. All he does is harrass opponents and perceived enemies

Hmmmmn, why now election is approaching . This government really have evil plans against democracy.

Hmmm, Nigeria is drifting gradually towards dictatorship. The CJN arraignment is purely political. If the Buhari APC is given another four years terms then Nigerians will see the true colors of his evil. The writings are been written clearly for all pure in heart to see.
