Minister of State, Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva, gave the indication while addressing newsmen after the presidential committee set up to review the impact of the Coronavirus on the country’s economy, especially this year’s budget submitted its interim report to President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House, Abuja.
