Judiciary doesn't make laws, it's legislature that MAKE LAWS! Courts can only interpret the law! So therefore; the court must stay clear of electoral acts or bills and stop hijacking other people's Right!!!!

It’s a script already written. The so-called ‘court ruling’ is just a rubber stamp to actualize what has already being prepared in advance.

So that he can contest for governorship in his own state and he doesn’t want to resign from the current post, Some of this leaders are too selfish and wicked

Ok, I hope the FG has credited Nnamdi Kanu the billions of Naira the same court awarded to him against the FG. I love this speed.

This guy wants to tamper the laws to serve his unholy self interests.

Malami 🤣🤣

Resign before contesting does not ban anyone from contesting. Even as it is now, you must Resign 30 days before any election as stipulated in the 1999 constitution of FRN as amended.

Are you a parliamentarian? Are you and the President so power drunk you don't know legislators are elected to make laws and not the Executive? Why are you(Malami)so worried by this section of the Electoral Act?
