The Federal Government says it has released the sum of over N621b for the construction of 21 strategic roads across the country in its efforts to ease

Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Works, Dr. Babangida Hussaini disclosed this while featuring in a Freedom Radio Program titled “Yau Da Gobe” monitored by DAILY POST.

He explained that that the road construction when completed will ease transportation challenges of conveying petroleum products from the southern part to the Northern part of the country. “The bad condition of the roads in some part of the southern States, especially the oil producing states has been resulting in oil tankers facing difficulties in conveying petroleum products to the North.
