The Federal Government on Thursday said it had commenced the process of linking the bio-data of 10 million farmers to their various farmlands across the country.

Nanono, who spoke in Abuja, said the initiative would ensure efficient and effective monitoring of Federal Government interventions in the agricultural sector. “The database will be a platform for the Federal Government interventions going forward, putting an end to ghost schemes and other unscrupulous practices in the agricultural industry.”

FG borrowed N1.3tn in four years to subsidise power consumers, firms – World Bank - Punch NewspapersThe Federal Government has borrowed a total of N1.3tn since 2017 to ensure that generation companies and gas suppliers received enough payments to continue generating electricity, the World Bank has said. Governors borrow to pay salaries rather than retrench workers. In developed countries, leaders resign in this Nigeria quagmire. Our leaders shamelessly borrowe with pride. This is a fallacy brewed to hoodwink average Nigerians. They should look for another way to cover their kleptomania. Yes, they are stealing for a joke of it
