The move to build resilience in the digital infrastructure followed the recent undersea cable cut that disrupted telecommunications in Nigeria and other West African countries.Tijani was upbeat about the meeting he had with the ITU Deputy Secretary-General, Tomas Lamanauskas, in Geneva.
