Nigeria’s Odion Ighalo was beaten to the Manchester United’s Player of the Month award for March 2020 by Portuguese midfielder, Bruno Fernandes, in a statement released on the club’s official website

on Saturday.

He opened his account for the month of March in their fifth round FA Cup against Derby, scoring two goals. He followed that up with another goal in United 5-0 rout of LASK in Austria in the last 16 first leg of the Europa League clash, as he recorded another assist.
