The Federal Executive Council has approved contracts worth $8.29 million as well as N3 billion for the execution of various electricity projects in the country.

The Minister of Power, Engr Mamman Saleh, announced this Wednesday while briefing State House reporters after the virtual federal cabinet meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari.Saleh said the projects, most of which are procurement of equipment as well as designs and manufactures, are for the upgrade of the country’s electricity facility and improvement of power supply across the country.
