Monday's defection of a Delta State chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, , and former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Orubebe, to the All Progressive Congress, , has rattled the PDP and the Governor Ifeanyi Okowa-led state government, SaharaReporters has gathered.
