The prosecutor further informed the court that Ayinde collected N25 million from 125 people for a 14-flat in Agege. At the resumption of the proceedings, the defendant whose lawyer was absent in court informed the Magistrate that he has not carried out the court’s order because he got it late.Magistrate Olagbende had earlier ordered that the defendant should evict the tenants in the house pending the conclusion of the matter in court, an order he had failed to obey.
