His crowning achievement came last season with a triumphant victory in the UEFA Europa Conference League, as West Ham clinched a 2-1 win over ACF Fiorentina in Prague, securing their first major trophy since the 1980 FA Cup and their first European triumph since 1965. With the departure of Moyes imminent, West Ham has initiated the recruitment process for his successor, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the club.
