DAILY POST recalls that Chelsea signed Caicedo and Lavia from Brighton and Southampton, respectively, ahead of the West Ham clash.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Pochettino, when asked if he would include both Caicedo and Lavia in Chelsea’s squad against West Ham, said: “We have one more day to assess them, but it has been a very stressful week for Moises and Romeo. “It is easy to say they will be involved Sunday in the game, but I think the most important thing is to avoid risks and not rush with them.
“If they are ready by tomorrow, they will be involved. If not, we are going to wait a few more days to be fully involved in the squad.”
